We have a Quad IVc. Feeders are going to add quite a bit of cost,
especially for the tape and reel feeders. Also, what are your expectations
for this line? Fine pitch? if so what lead pitch? BGA?
We are able to place up to a 20 mil QFP208 from a waffle tray. We have
worked through a lot of issues on the vision inspection. We have not
attempted BGA yet, but plan to do so in the near future. I've heard it's
been done.
