If you delete it from the Recycle bin, it will be gone. The mail can
actually be opened without executing the virus. It's the attachment, when
extracted from what looks like a Zip icon, that initiates the executable.

Rich, when you say "erase" you mean "delete",eh? to the trash, then dump the
trash?
with the newer versions of windows, i never feel like anything is really
gone.
