Rudolph,

  We used our stencil manufacturer to build that board mask, it is more
effective and faster than simple visual inspection. It is a stanley
steel mask to overlay the board and drive all operation attention only
for the needed areas, this is very helpful in boards that has no all
components in silk screen used. If you need this try contact your
stencil supplier to see if he can provide to you. ( the cost must be
lower than normal stencil )
