The Fab Vendor we use can panel up only one Backplane on their laminate
size. Is there anyone out there that can panel up 2 on a laminate? We are
getting hit pretty hard on these because of all the scrap that they throw
away. (Yes I know the board size is the worst possible size for panelizing
on any size laminate) Can anyone help?

3 backplane sizes
20 1/4 X 12 1/2     4 layer
13 1/4 X 12 1/2     4 layer
13 1/8 X 12 1/2     2 sided
