Sounds like urban myth to me, there is a similar one circulating in
Canada
concerning the Canadian postal service.  But if it is true, you just
racked
up a charge of about $90 (I'll round the numbers so I don't get trouble
like
Steve).

And judging from the headers on your attachment the amount collected
would
be about equal to the national debt.

Quick!  Better buy stock in ISPs - you can bet they won't just charge
you a
nickel!
