Thanks go out to all who have responded to the problem of lack of support on
a new piece of electronic process equipment.

I'm going to be tied up in conferences over the next few days so it will be
difficult for me to respond to comments in a timely fashion.

I think what I'm going to do is follow the lead given by Paul Klasek. I'm
going to put together a list of problems concerning the equipment, then
solicit 'T-Net for advice. Hopefully the dialog generated will result in the
supplier being identified naturally during discussion of the problems.

I'm hoping that someone out there may have a positive experience with the
supplier that I'm having problems with. I thank Mike Fenner for the good
advice of making sure that I'm not blowing off steam because of my own
personal frustration. I might make a bad situation even worse.

Thanks again to all. I will proceed on this slowly.
