Hello,

Here's a good one!

The boards one of our touch-up ladies is doing ECOs on started making
fingerprints appear after applying the wire bonding glue.
That is, once the small glue dots are cured, all around them and in the
adjoining areas, a white stuff, like baby powder, is appearing, making wide
bands where the fingerprints show.

Did anyone else experienced this? I assume it's a reaction between the
perspiration and the glue. Is there any way to fix it, except gloves?

The glue is Loctite 382. Is it the only troublemaking glue?

Thanks, Ioan
