Bill,

This could be a good forum to let us folks know there may be a marginal
supplier out there. However, I do not recommend naming that supplier on this
forum. Perhaps it would be better to post that your having this kind of
problem / service for a particular product type. Then if anyone is
interested they can contact you off line for specifics.  Remember, as Steve
indicated in his posting, there are reasons that occasionally come up that
are beyond a suppliers control. I'm certain all of us at some point in time
have been in a situation where we feel we are doing everything we can to
satisfy a customer but just cant seem to accomplish that feat. We may be
satisfying 99.9% of all our accounts but 1. I would not want that 1 customer
hitting me be bad press on a forum like this.

I should know cause I recently inadvertently posting something on this forum
that was misconstrued as implying I was not satisfied with a particular
supplier with that was not the case at all. Wording is everything!

Just my thoughts,.
