Bill,

I think it is correct to warn others of bad experiences with suppliers -
provided you think carefully about it and are fair and accurate in what you
say. I note many requests in this forum for others views on equipment, software
etc and I see no reason why we should only report good experiences. buying the
second best piece of equipment rather than the first is unlikely to cause too
much pain but buying a really bad piece of equipment or service can seriously
damage the performance of both your company and career.

Naming and shaming, if done responsibly will help improve the products and
services we all use.
