Last time I was asking regarding facilities / planning software, and a few
of you were nice enough to give me the name of a software called "Visio
Technical".

Question's:     Is this readily available over the counter, or is this
specialty software?
                Does anyone have either a website address or a phone number for the
suppliers of this software?
