I'd just reject the drawing & tell the customer that you need a drawing
in English.
Its a simple requirement, then the onus is on them to provide the
correct information
as you interpretation may not turn out 100% correct to what the drawing
calls for.

This way any errors due to mistranslation are not deemed as your fault.
