If a big enough hole can be put in the PC Board, that will allow the wire from which the current is to be sensed can pass through, the Current Loop could be a PC Track!, just have the "sense track" make a complete circle around the hole.  If more than 1 turn is needed, the circle the hole that many times!  There should not be any ground plane in the area, or ant other tracks in the immediate area, between the hole and the sense track, however.
