Alvin,

>>[1] How the insertion force is measure and monitor?
[2] What is the instructment actually used?<<

I have several dial type force gages for sale, in the 20 lb, 30 lb, and 150
lb range. Some of them feature a "hold at max" button, displays the maximum
poundage used on an object. These are tension and compression measuring units
manufactured by Ametek, with various types of tips and a storage case.
If your interested please contact me by email.

Regards,

Kevin
