Thanks to those that responded to my earlier question. I have one more
question about the 04 X 05 chuck. I was told that the 04 chuck is roughly
.3125" wide and the 05 chuck is .1875 wide(where it picks up the part). It
has a compliant nozzle, and it's OD is .25" and ID is .125". Does this
sound correct to you guys. Thanks for your response.

I don't know what the "E" stands for but I have the same head for my 100. I
use
it for everything from SOIC-8s to a .4x.6x.25" filter pack. I've replace
the
bearings on the actuator and make periodic adjustments to the centering jaws
but
it seems to chug away for me.
