Bill,
I can sympathise with you and appreciate your frustration.
However, I REALLY think people should approach naming names with EXTREME
caution. Jack, you should note this too!
You leave yourself wide open for a legal writ being served for
libellous/slanderous statements.
You know there are some folks who make a fortune out of a bad product. Known
by some as the Evil Empire based in Seattle? Do you get my drift?
Steve makes a fair comment that sometimes even the best of us come unstuck
for reasons/circumstance beyond our control.
I takes years to build a good reputation and 10 minutes to lose it. If
you've got a real good case, take it to the top, it usually yields excellent
results - 'cos we know the truth of this statement!
