Hi all,
I am currently in the preliminary stages of evaluating some alternative
surface finishes. In an effort to be thorough, I would like to insure
that I am considering all facets of these new surface finishes. Is there
a definitive work (i.e. IPC standard, other...) that enumerates all the
things to be considered when evaluating / comparing different surface
finishes? Can a surface finish be properly evaluated after performing
x-number of tests and y-number of inquiries? The answers to these
questions will permit me to better frame my evaluation approach. Many
thanks for the consideration......Paul Brown
