Wes Smith wrote regarding halogen free laminates.
In answer I think most laminators offer a halide free laminate. Two
which do are Isola and Mica-Micanite. Both in Europe.
As far as I know the material is UL 94V0
There is usually a long lead time and of course the price is higher.
