Does J-STD-033 replace IPC-SM-786A?

Supplementary question: There is some confusion in my mind about
the relation between the following standards: J-STD-020, J-STD-033,
IPC-SM-786A, and the IPC-9500 series. Does anyone have a simple summary of
what is what?
