I have noticed a couple people replying to you about accuspec, (even my wife).
Where I work now, Teradyne, bought one of these a couple years ago, it doesn't
work, its just expensive.

Design your own board.

Do you have use of any type of Optical CMM?
     If yes, create a glass board with glass components for fine pitch masters,
and steel slugs to mimic caps and resistors.

     If no, create a glass board with land patterns that you want to test parts
on, then buy dummy parts and set up a calibration schedule.

If you need help, let me know.  I've done both a couple of times for a couple of
companies.
