Hi tech,

   We are going to start build memory modules at SMT process. We run
motherboards and VGA cards but memory will be the first time.
Any concern related with SMT process ?
ESD is a big issue ?
Depaneling the modules could be a problem ?
Testing is easy like seems ?

Any comment will be apreciated ...
