Hi Folks,
Can anybody point us in the right direction to find manufacturers of halide
free laminates, prepregs and solder mask materials. A search of "Dogpile"
(thanks Steve!) came up with plenty of cable manufacturers and reference to
a Toshiba patent in 1997, but nothing else.
Is this "halide free PCB" requirement widespread or are we getting caught
up in the rush to "save" the planet?
Assuming these materials are available, are they UL approved?
Appreciate some input.
Wes Smith.
