Hi again,

and sorry, but I have a little time away from offsets and snap-offs and
trying to get the most of it.

So I'm bugging you guys.

I would like to know how do you organize the manual activities like
touch-up, modification and rework. I mean IPC-R-700B is nice, but how to
really get control of, for instance, the touch-up. Who decides what
component has to be touched? I saw a lot of process defects, like opens,
hidden and not fixed by the touch-up people. I saw PCB defects treated like
opens.

Ioan
