The way I read this is that a chap named Paul Brown of SAQNET over in the UK is
building a web site.  To generate interest, he had a chap named Paul Brown at SAQNET
post a message on the IPC TechNet asking questions about what it's purpose is. If you
go to the web site and click on the "Contact Us" link, it generates a message form
for a chap named Paul [log in to unmask] who will probably reply with information how
Paul Brown of SAQNET can help you. Not the most original way to slide some
advertising into the TechNet forum but who knows...

IPC did get a calendar date for Expo (without a link) but no link on the "Related
Sites".

Paul, if you've got a solution to help folks on the home turf there, play your cards
out one time, and let's move on.  Jack

I'm no expert but this website looks like a resource for fab and assembly in
the UK!

They list equipment for sale, suppliers and services etc. They have a news
page and a forum and links to related sites.
All in all it looks like a neat site!
