When titrating, you are using solutions which are molar, or normal (N), which
expresses concentrations in terms of grams per liter, in other words, your
Potassium Iodide has a certain molecular weight, and that divided by the
number of electrons accepted gives you the Normality, which is so many GRAMS
PER LITER.

Yet you are trying to calculate PERCENTAGES, which are grams/100 mls, not
grams per liter.

So, the absolutely general equation for such calculations is:

% Q = mls of titre X Normality X Equivalent Weight / sample weight X 10

The 10 factor is to convert from Normality (grams/liter) to percent (gms/100
gms)
