Closest I'd go for would be page 20 of IPC-SM-785 ;
Consumer category for 1 year ; leadless (SMD's) ask you for 320 cycles .
Then you cycle 2 lots ("stored" and fresh) side by side (you may need two
event loggers)
to death or whenever you'll be happy with visibility of results,
and interpolate the difference, = stored "effect" .
this one is bit time consuming ; somebody may know something fastest .
Make sure you use absolutely the same profile = all samples same firing day
; slightest difference would throw the readings useless .
