I am trying to determine an approximate useage distribution for various BGA
and micro-BGA components across the board...so if you would be willing to
help:

Please identify package type and percentage (approximate) of each type that
you consume, i.e., "Of all the BGA & uBGA, 50% are PBGA352, 25% are CBGA625
and 25% 56 ball uBGA". Accuracy of distribution estimates are not critical
(+/- 15% would be more than adequate).

To minimize "technet traffic" please respond directly to the email address
below. Once all responses are received, I will report findings back to
Technet for anyone who may have use for such info.
