As a Human Resources Manager new to this industry, I need help analyzing the
salary structure of our facility.  We produce thin-film interconnect
circuitry.  We have approximately 125 employees located outside New York
City.

Any information anyone could provide on the "going rates" for  hourly direct
personnel  would be greatly appreciated.  I am also looking for ranges for
Chem Techs, Engineering Techs, and machine maintenance personnel.  If you are
aware of any up to date salary surveys please provide me with the names.
