It would depend on what needs to be changed.  Generally, to change
tooling at the board house is about $450, and the same for a change to
the electrical test fixture.  As far as rev changes go, just ensure you
are following your procedures as per IPC.  I generally have the board
revved by the customer if there is a change to the board itself.
