Ciao a tutti !
Does anyone have had problems with stain on copper after a Palladium
DPS line?

We have this problem : Boards treated with a direct metallisation line
palladium based (Similar to lea ronal conductron) present a light stain
on the copper surface. We do not scrubb or brush panels before dry film
lamination. In the electrolitic line the stained area of copper wil be
burned. We had this problem some month ago and the problem complete
desappeared just by cleaning chemical line's baskets. Now It's comming
back eaven with cleaned baskets.
Does someone has any idea what is causing the stain?

Thank you,

Franco
