I am having a Wave process problem with a board we are
running...Solder is not completely filling THM holes on PCI connectors. The
solder is filling about half of the holes, with a good solder joint on the
secondary side, but it isn't making it all the way to the Primary side.
This is happening with 5 PCI connectors on the board, nowhere else. This is
also only happening on this particular board, not any of the others we are
building. Applying flux to the Primary side before placing the PCI
connectors seems to fix the problem, but this is time consuming for the THM
Operators, and it's not really getting to the root of the problem. We are
using No-Clean Flux in a jet fluxer. The fluxer is coating the boards
adequately and evenly (as observed with a glass plate). Before looking for
a problem (that may not be there) with the fluxer, I am wondering if any of
you have seen this problem before, and what you discovered. Solder pot
temperature is 240C with 63/37 solder.

        Thanks In Advance,
              Tom
