Hey Ioan,

We also track flux density in addition to solder pot temperature.  I question what is the optimum level of
specific gravity for flux density?  The only thing that I know that can be measured is solder defect
counts.

Has anyone done a DOE or have any technical papers that they would be willing to share with us on the
different parameters of the wave soldering process?
