Hello Fellow Techers,

I'm looking for information on the CGA technology.  Does anyone out there
have assembly experience with these types of arrays?  I'm especially
interested in any reliability data/test parameters.  I already have the
white papers from Air Force Research Laboratory at Kirkland.
