Morning Tomaso,

Go to:  http://www.solderquik.com   they make solder preforms for reballing
BGA's, and have just about every ball pattern there is...if they don't have
it, they'll make it!

Their preforms make reballing BGA's a peice o' cake...couldn't be easier!
Clean the bottom of the BGA up, put a little paste flux on, set the preform
in a little jig they supply, place the BGA on top of it, and run the whole
deal thru your reflow oven. Then let it cool, set the BGA in some DI water,
peel the special paper off that held the balls in place in the pattern, and
clean the BGA good, and you're done!

The preforms run anywhere from $1.50 to $3-4 depending on the number of
balls. These really work and make it so simple.
