How widespread is the use of "wetting indication" in PCB design for BGA
land pattern. Whilst recommended in Motorola Technical document AN1231
and mentioned in other technical books and articles, there are little
other guidelines. Does anyone know if this aspect will be or  is already
in IPC-SM-782A?
