Hi all,
I´m new in TechNet and I thanks in advance with any help you could

give me. I´m from Brazil, so I apologize about my english writing.
Well, my manufacture department is complaining with me that the PADs

I´m using is too small for a PQFP240 pins.
I used to have this dimensions:

PAD 50x10 mils
SOLDER MASK 50x10 mils
PASTE MASK 48x8 mils

And they are asking me to use this:

PAD 96x10 mils
SOLDER MASK 96x10 mils
PASTE MASK 94x8 mils

I would like to know which pad size you are using, as well as some

experience you have with fine-pitch pads.
We are using REFLOW process and Stencil with thickness 0.15mm
 Thank you all,
