Hello,

I am looking for some answers on using a Quad 100 placement machine(I know,
I know dinosaur age), we have been using the machine for mainly placing 0603
- 1206 chip components and also Melf's. I have a 00-01 chuck that I use to
place those parts. I'm wanting to start placing SO-8 and SO-16 packages.
I've tried using a 02-03 chuck with not much success. Does anyone out there
have any experience(dig deep, back to the beginning) placing SO-8 and SO-16
packages with a Quad 100? Which chuck is best to use for SO-8 and SO-16?
Any response would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jim West
