Hi Ed,

We are currently only using the 432 pin 'Super' BGA. It has eutectic
balls with a 50 mil pitch. Shortly, I expect to see a 532 'Super' BGA
and possibly a 40 mil pitch 672 pin eutectic BGA. No uBGA in the near
future.
