Hi Ed!

Sorry 'bout being late with my response, but right now I build one board in
production for a customer that uses a 144-ball micro BGA. It's a DSP for ADSL
technology. I also have done a proto board for them that has 3 regular BGA's
(1-256 ball and 2-352 ball), and 9 other 144-ball micro BGA's...again this is
all related to ADSL.

That's a hot technology from what I see...ADSL, that is. The next wave to be
sure. The big "buzzword" in this arena is convergence. Converging cable TV,
phone service, and INTERNET capabilities all in one box...mark my words,
ya'll will see that become the next big thing...
