Greetings, all!

I hope I'm not asking too much in the below prior post, but I'm sure those
who use (or are planning to) BGA/uBGA will benefit from this data...
HOWEVER... I've only received 3 responses in a week. What this implies is of
the 1700 or so technet participants, only 3 of them are using
BGA/uBGA...that's only 0.17%! I believe this is not an accurate
representation. Of course, I have a "hidden agenda" in asking for your input
as I do need this data for a project I'm working on, but I am willing to
share the results... fair deal?

Any and all input, no matter how "inaccurate" will be greatly appreciated.

Ed
