Please, send me your address, as there are many issues here that would be
"commercial" in the eyes of some cynics.

Testing the reliability of the finished product, by whichever production
method you chose, is paramount and we have much info to relay. In
particular, there are 2 new new tech papers from the British NPL which are
obtainable, but you must make the approach and have your wallet ready. < $40
each is the price they charge - I think.
