Mr. Leighton MacMillan, Coretec will present an overview of current and
prospective surface finishes for SMT assembly and the advantages and
disadvantages of each relating to following:

                  *  Material & Processing Costs
                  *  Shelf life
                  *  Co-planarity
                  *  Fine Pitch SMT assembly
                  *  Capital Equipment Costs
                  *  Industry acceptance

Mr. MacMillan is the CTO of Coretec with in depth knowledge concerning
surface finishes and other PWB issues derived from over 18 years of serving
in several PWB manufacturing management roles.

Meeting host:

Founded in 1980, Coretec has grown rapidly to $50 million in sales and is now
Canada's largest privately owned printed circuit fabricator.  Their two 100K
sq. ft. plants are located in Toronto and both are ISO 9002 & MIL PRF-55110
certified. Coretec specializes in optimal "Time to market" support from DFM
input to quick turn-around requirements.
