Kevin ,
Ciba Specialty Chemical has the Probelec line of Dielectrics,
and you can also get the negative version in a dry film
as Vialux 81 from Dupont.
Additionally Shipley, Amoco, and Enthone have PID materials.
IBM is having a material made and it can be purchased
with a license for use through Morton.
The New IPC 4104 lists 3 dry film epoxy , 2 liquid epoxy, 1 Dry
film epoxy. blend and 5 liquid epoxy blend materials in the
Slashsheets.
If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to
contact me.
Lastly , I can help you with information or facilitate running
of samples with either the Ciba or Dupont materials if you would
like ,

Who are the suppliers of photo-definable dielectric materials for PWB
based HDI circuit? Would these materials work for flex circuit?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
