You can go to   http://www.kamelsoft.com/   and download
"FastLook Plus V9.0" demo version. It will take HPGL and export a
decent DXF file. It will export about 15 different formats.

DC Members:

My customer is requesting that I provide him with .DXF files of all film
layers.  PADS
DXF export utility doesn't quite do it.  I've e-mailed PADS tech support but I
don't
expect a promising answer.

Is there another way to give my customer .DXF files of all film layers from
gerbers or
HPGL plots?  Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
