That is well within (almost exact match) of our note for immersion gold
plating that we have been using for about 4 yrs.  We've had no problems
with the boards.  Good luck.

Plating: Land will be 3 to 8 microinches gold immersion over 100-150
microinches of electroless
nickel over base metal.

Do these thicknesses look right? Some folks in the company are
questioning
whether this is
