Dear Technetter,
You may calculate by yourself after you consider the followings(cost
involved vary from plant to plant):
1. Master and production films for all circuitry, solder mask and legend
2. Set up for imaging
3. Set up for screensilking
4. Set up of E-tester
5. Set up of V-cutting(if required)
6. New hard tooling or routing software modification.
