Hi Kathy!
First I gotta' question, why? Is there some reason that you're switching?
Just askin' is all...
The one big thing that I would think about is cleanliness, whether you're no-
clean or not. Flat masks in a no-clean environment tend to pick-up more
contamination, cause there's more surface area to pick-up stuff with a flat
mask, and in a cleaning environment flat masked boards easily get those
dreadful "dishwasher spots" from cleaning, otherwise known as the generically
termed white residues which can be caused by a million things.
I guess I'm saying that it's harder to keep the boards looking good with a
flat mask...maybe it's just an esthetic preference thing....
