Please  answer  my  question,
The  purpose  of  SIR  test  :  - for   material  qualification
                                - process  qualification
1 Is  the  procedure  in  these  both  purpose  the  same?
2. Is  the  test  coupon & test  condition of  these  the  same?
3. What's   the  refernce  for process  qualification?
