If anybody has information that has to do with recommended maximum pull and
shear forces on surface mount pads, if you could post them to this this,
that would be helpful.  Specifically, I have a surface mount stereo jack,
and am concerned that the insertion force of the plug into the jack might
be too high for the PCB pads.  There are locating posts on the part, which
may absorb most of the shear force, but I need to know by what standard the
PCB's are built, and what forces they can withstand in each direction.
