In a heat-transfer program, I use 112 lbm/ft^3 (1.79 g/cc) for FR-4 B-stage epoxy but I forget my source.
...and I have 1.82 SG (1.82 g/cc, 113.6 lbm/ft^3) for NEMA FR-4 laminate from the Modern Plastics Ency. '86-'87.
