Try to define better the magic word DI . The " real " DI , 18 Mohm , is very
corrosive and apart of it , contamination is very rapid . I do belive , that
you are using less " clean " DI water , maybe 1 Mohm or even several
microsiemens . I also presumen , that your system includes recirculated
water , it means , this is not really DI water . If my assumption are
correct , ss-316 heater . For this small ammounts even teflon coated heater
should be enough ( 80 liter per hour , will make 1.5 KW heater ) .should be
enough for your purposes .
